JOB DESCRIPTION: The Registered Nurse (RN) is in a role providing both patient care and education to direct patients. This is a PRN RN position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assesses the full scope of patient needs using the nursing process on a continuous basis.
• Provides a safe environment for patients and employees through identifying/correcting/reporting health and safety hazards.
• Evaluate patient's response to plan of care and work in collaboration with interprofessional team to make any needed adjustments.
• Responsibility and accountability for effectively managing nursing care of individual patients.
• Cooperates with distribution of resources to maintain a therapeutic environment.
