Job Description
1. Spearhead the introduction of new processes in the factory.
2. Work with the suppliers and assigned engineers from HQ on the installation of new equipment/tools.
3. Establish procedures, ensure proper fan-out and conduct trainings with the respective sections.
4. Propose changes, evaluate solutions to address issues encountered during manufacturing.
. Prioritize, develop plans to perform the necessary evaluation or changes.
. Work closely with TPI and relevant department.
. Documentation, training records.
5. Identify areas of improvements, to further streamline and improve work efficiency of current processes.
6. Provide monthly updates to discuss evaluations, improvement plans and/or the implementation status.
7. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.
