This role directly reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager and focuses on enhancing safety, quality, and productivity. You will collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot extrusion processes and implement efficiency improvements. A strong blend of technical expertise and leadership will be essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for extrusion processes daily
• Collaborate with supervisors and operators for improvements
• Lead projects aimed at reducing downtime and scrap
• Analyze production data for performance enhancements
