Our client in the bank industry is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team.
The Process Engineer will be responsible for driving the discovery, analysis, documentation, modelling and optimisation of business processes to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and business performance. The role focuses on analysing current and future-state processes, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
Cards and Payments experience would be advantageous. This is a senior-level role requiring the ability to work across business and technology stakeholders while driving process improvement initiatives.
