About The Role Within production strategy and guidelines, direct, plan, organize, develop & control all activities of the Production function to meet short-, medium and long-term production goals whilst complying with customer requirements, rules, laws and regulations.
This role will assist the Assistant Process Manager in managing trials to adapt the entire production lines to scale up from laboratory trials.
Key Responsibilities Include - Production Support
- Monitor and follow up production process closely, ensure that production departments follow the schedule, manufacture high-quality products to meet customer specifications in time, etc.
- Production process management i.e. chocolate process parameter setting, analysis, guideline, improvement, etc.
- New product industrial development/trial leader and recipe transfer project leader.
