Job Summary Process Engineers will lead process improvements and manufacturing capability enhancements through method evaluation, DOE analysis, and implementation of new processes while supporting production setup and safety compliance during 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities - Analyze and evaluate new methods and materials to enhance current manufacturing processes and capabilities
- Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to identify key process parameters and product characteristics
- Assist production teams in establishing machine operation procedures and safety guidelines
- Implement new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Investigate opportunities to reduce material usage or source cost-effective alternatives
- Identify root causes of sample rejections related to process issues and recommend corrective actions
