Key Responsibilities Process Design & Engineering Design and optimize membrane-based water treatment and separation processes (RO, UF, NF, MF) Develop process flow diagrams (PFD), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), and mass balance calculations Provide technical support for pilot trials, product validation, and system commissioning Sales Support Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical guidance and propose customized solutions to clients Prepare technical proposals, system configurations, and performance projections Attend customer meetings, site visits, and trade shows as needed Product Development & Innovation Work with the R&D team to test and validate new membrane products in real-world conditions Gather customer feedback and translate it into product or process improvement recommendations Training & Documentation Develop technical documentation, O&M manuals, and training materials Conduct internal and external training on membrane technology and sys...
