Oversee the end‑to‑end IBP process at VITA Brands, aligning demand, supply, and financial plans across global wholesale, e‑commerce, and own‑retail channels to drive product availability, inventory optimisation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Lead IBP Processes: Design, implement, and manage the IBP process to align global operations with business strategy.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Coordinate monthly IBP and Executive IBP meetings, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations.
