Job Description
- Process Excellence Specialist Defines, designs processes and implements process improvement as part of the Process One Approach that we follow in Cognizant IOA.
- Defines, designs and implements processes for new workflows that needs to be setup because of new business or change in scope of business.
- Facilitates and coach improvement teams.
