The Role

As an Operator, you’ll support the safe and efficient running of the plant, working closely with senior operators and the wider operations team to meet production, quality and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities

Plant & Process Operation

• Operate, monitor and adjust plant systems in line with SOPs
• Support safe start‑ups, shut‑downs and changeovers
• Identify and report plant issues early to minimise downtime
• Maintain strong equipment care and operational reliability
