We are looking for a Process Redesign Specialist to join a high-performing Process Excellence team supporting large-scale transformation across both operational and technology environments.

This role focuses on analysing, redesigning and improving end-to-end business processes across customer, operational, and enabling functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technology partners to understand current ways of working, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state processes that are scalable, measurable and aligned to business outcomes.
