Job Description
Responsibilities - Support Shift Supervisor in handling plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown and production activities.
- Support production, quality control and maintenance operations to meet production schedules, quality and cost objectives.
- Perform in-process quality testing, product sample collection, plant patrolling & data logging, catalyst preparation, equipment preparation for maintenance and loading & unloading of process solvents, property analysis.
- Carry out routine checks to ensure safe operation and optimal performance of manufacturing process and equipment.
- Operate the DCS and other plant equipment in accordance with SOP.
- Perform lab analysis for in-process products.
- Perform emergency response in areas of firefighting, rescue and loss containment.
- Perform housekeeping in the process area.
- Uphold safety standards of the company.
