We are looking for Operators for a large production company in Lomm who are eager to acquire new skills. As an Operator, you will first undergo a training program of approximately 1.5 years to master the basic principles and processes. In your role, you will be responsible for various production support tasks in a 3-shift system (from 6:00 am to 2:15 pm, from 2:00 pm to 10:15 pm, and from 10:00 pm to 6:15 am). As an Operator, you will have diverse tasks, making the work engaging and the time fly by.
