Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with both Malaysia and China procurement teams on operational matters.
- Collaborate with country partners to ensure alignment in procurement practices, processes, and timelines.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the purchasing department and procurement team .
- Assist purchasers with documentation, tracking, and follow-ups related to procurement activities.
- Support procurement processes including maintaining records, preparing documents, and monitoring progress of procurement tasks.
- Assist in resolving coordination or communication issues between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure procurement documentation and records are organised and updated when required.
- Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior to support procurement operations.
