Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all admin and clerical works
  • Assist with vendor accreditation, monitoring document submission, follow-up requirements, tracking on completion
  • Assist buyers on vendor follow-up, request submission of quotes, inquiries
  • Encoding, data input, and gathering documents in support of SAP Ariba Transition
  • Assist buyer with PR monitoring
  • Tracking of all Procurement transactions
  • Assisting Procurement Team on ad-hoc tasks, follow-ups, and stakeholder inquiries Qualification.
  • With experience working on clerical tasks MS Office literate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate
  • At least 3 years of experience in Procurement Admin
  • At least 3 years of experience in Buying/Purchase
  • At least 3 years of experience with Filing/Organizing Documents
