As a key contributor to our strategic goals, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial transaction and supporting the purchasing department. 

Key Duties

• Invoice Management and processing for all stores department within Hotel Operations at Ayers Rock Resort.
• Reconcile vendor statements and showcase any discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.
• Monitor and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers to follow up on delivery.
• Communicate any order delay or changes to the appropriate teams at Ayers Rock Resort.
