Responsibilities

• Service Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with established service levels and KPIs.
• Quotation Processes: Drive the quotation process by defining evaluation criteria, identifying and selecting suppliers, executing the evaluation process, and refining and validating sourcing and purchasing options.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage buy-in from key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the procurement process.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present reports to management, analyzing metrics and projection results to inform decision‑making.
• Time Management: Demonstrate urgency and deliver tasks on time, even under tight deadlines.
• Process Optimization: Apply and optimise procurement processes, automating where feasible, to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
