Job Description
Responsibilities - Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor negotiation.
- Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices as required.
- Coordinate logistics shipments and delivery schedules.
- Assign logistics providers to deliver goods from various locations worldwide.
- Compile carrier and route assignments.
- Track, trace, and update the status of shipments on a daily basis.
- Follow up with logistics providers and relevant departments for timely delivery of goods.
- Provide regular operational reporting on logistics to relevant departments and to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and cost control measures.
- Work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Be computer‑savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software and ERP.
