Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor negotiation.
  • Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices as required.
  • Coordinate logistics shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Assign logistics providers to deliver goods from various locations worldwide.
  • Compile carrier and route assignments.
  • Track, trace, and update the status of shipments on a daily basis.
  • Follow up with logistics providers and relevant departments for timely delivery of goods.
  • Provide regular operational reporting on logistics to relevant departments and to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and cost control measures.
  • Work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Be computer‑savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software and ERP.
