Design and manage the full vendor procurement process independently. Ensure every vendor is evaluated against the same defined standard and that the selection decision is supported by documented, defensible evidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and improve procurement documents — RFI, RFP, RFQ, RFT
• Manage all vendor communications — clarification sessions, Q&A logs, response management
• Design weighted evaluation framework and lead scoring sessions with the client panel
• Design and manage proof of concept evaluations — test cases built from business scenarios, not vendor demonstrations
• Produce independent evaluation reports for each vendor
• Support contract review — identify scope gaps, risk clauses, and missing commitments
• Technology procurement for enterprise platforms — OSS/BSS, ERP, billing, or equivalent
