Description
An innovative organization within the bio-manufacturing space is seeking an experienced attorney to support procurement and government contracting functions on a contract-to-hire basis. This role focuses on advising within a highly regulated environment and partnering closely with internal stakeholders on matters tied to federal funding and compliance. The position is primarily onsite in Emeryville, with potential for some hybrid flexibility.


Responsibilities

+ Provide legal support on procurement and contracting matters within a bio-manufacturing environment

+ Advise on government contracts, including compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations

+ Review, draft, and negotiate agreements related to vendors, suppliers, and strategic partnerships
