The Manager, Raw Materials is responsible for leading the sourcing, procurement, and supplier management of all raw materials required for production operations. The role develops and executes category strategies that ensure reliable supply, optimal total cost of ownership, quality assurance, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The position is accountable for market intelligence, cost modeling, benchmarking, strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and procurement process optimization across raw material categories. The role works closely with Operations, Finance, Technical, and other business functions to support production continuity and business objectives while delivering sustainable cost savings and risk mitigation.
