Your new role

This procurement andmercial solicitor role will see you handle an interesting mix of work. The role will involve advising clients on procurement law issues under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024, as well as the Provider Selection Regime. You will advise on the procurement process and how to structure procurement projects. In addition, you will advise on a range ofmercial contracts including services and goods contracts, framework agreements and call-off terms, concession contracts, grant agreements, collaboration agreements and contracts based on standard templates.
