This opportunity entails working with various clients and user groups in initiating procurement, typically to encourage maximum interest and a fair, reasonable and competitive solicitation process. Ensures contract compliance, specifically that the contracts rights, remedies, obligations, assignments and risks are maintained among the contracted parties throughout the life of the project for project fees up to $15M.
