To Support and Carry out all purchases, logistic/shipping matters to suppliers

• Purchase and coordinate all shipments for both local and oversea vendors
• Issue PO for purchasing of goods and raw materials to suppliers
• Timely follow up to ensure timely delivery of products and supporting documentation
• Perform discrepancies and damage of goods claim to suppliers
• Maintain purchasing documents, files and records
• Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by superior from time to time
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
