Procurement Intern

• Source suppliers and request quotations (RFQs)
• Compare prices, terms, and quality to support vendor selection
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals
• Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials
• Maintain supplier database and procurement records
• Coordinate with the warehouse and finance for inventory and payment processing
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve discrepancies

Requirements

• With your own laptop
• minimum of 250 hours (can discuss further)
• willing to work onsite in Makati City
• Course in supply chain, management, engineering, or any related course
