Your Mission

We are currently looking for a freelance Procurement Manager to provide temporary support/cover at our Dubai office located in Dubai Investment Park.

As this is a freelance role candidates must hold their own valid UAE residence visa and medical insurance.

Cover Periods

ASAP for approximately 3-4 weeks. An additional support period between July and September for another 3-4 weeks.

Scope

The scope will primarily include:

• Procurement and rental of audio‑visual equipment for events (projectors, sound systems, light systems, media network equipment).
• Acting as a primary contact for all procurement‑related topics toward the projects and closely liaising with the project teams regarding project planning, budgets, strategies, any issues that might arise and opportunities for improvement.
