Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead the procurement organization for Singapore and Malaysia operations, providing coaching, direction, and escalation support to ensure effective execution and team development.
- Drive procurement KPI performance, including on-time delivery (OTD), delinquency, push/pull/cancel actions, late release, and purchase price variance (PPV), aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver competitive advantage, including supplier selection, development, consolidation, and implementation of strategic supplier initiatives.
