Job Description
Responsibilities - Plan and execute cost-effective procurement of goods and services for operations and projects.
- Manage the full procurement cycle, including requisition review, PO issuance, tracking and closure.
- Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Source, evaluate and manage suppliers, explore local and international sourcing opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, update pricing and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards and approval procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification, reconciliation and payments.
- Prepare procurement reports on cost savings, supplier performance and operational efficiency.
