Procurement Officer/Senior Procurement Officer/Assistant Procurement Manager

Job Description

In this position, you will:

  • Handle full spectrum of procurement activities including preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, issue purchase orders and review contract documents in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms
  • Proactively work with user departments to analyze and identify business needs and support development of best fit procurement and contracting strategies
  • Identify and develop effective and reliable sourcing strategies
  • Seek cost saving initiative on different areas of procurement
  • Prepare procurement related report analysis
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and internal customer satisfaction

    • To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain or related discipline
