Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Operations Coordinator to support the accurate processing, tracking, and reporting of purchase orders across multiple customer projects. This role serves as a critical link between Project Management, Finance, and external clients ensuring procurement workflows run smoothly, data integrity is maintained, and client expectations are met. While initially supporting the New York City Department of Education portfolio, this role is designed to scale across Gordian’s growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process, track, and reconcile purchase orders across customer and Gordian systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment to project budgets
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on PO status, updates, discrepancies, and resolution
