As a Protege in the Procurement department, you will support the Category Buyer team in supplier review and onboarding for the APAC Region.

Responsibilities

• Review the supplier database and cross‑check completeness of supplier information against group compliance.
• Collaborate with Category Buyers and suppliers to capture and maintain supplier information in the e‑portal.
• Help review mapping of applicable framework agreements and suggest viability in APAC region.
• Track and share local framework and local agreement validity.
• Manage quotation catalogue on cloud server.
• Consolidate pricelists with suppliers based on Category Manager inputs.
• Organize and maintain supplier data in procurement tools.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the category and process & tool team to improve overall efficiency.
