Role Objective
You will be responsible for identifying vendors, negotiating best pricing, and ensuring fast turnaround on quotations and deliveries for solar and electrical products.
Your performance directly impacts company margins and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Source vendors via India MART, OEMs, manufacturers
Handle RFQs end-to-end (requirement → vendor comparison → final pricing)
Negotiate aggressively to achieve best cost and margins
Ensure same-day / fast turnaround on quotations
Coordinate logistics for timely dispatch and delivery
Maintain a database of verified vendors with pricing benchmarks
Source non-standard / urgent requirement items within 24–48 hours
Work closely with sales team for quick closures
