Overview
System One is seeking a Procurement Specialist II to support sourcing and procurement execution for medium to high criticality materials, equipment, and subcontract services. This role will support both pre-award (estimating/deal development) and post-award (execution) phases of projects within industrial sectors such as EPC, power, oil & gas, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities


+ Lead procurement execution for medium to high criticality sourcing events

+ Develop sourcing strategies, supplier lists, and issue RFP packages

+ Conduct bidder conferences and coordinate with technical teams
