Job Description
Make an Impact by - To assist Vendor Manager in timely planning, preparation, execution and management of tenders to support operation and project needs in both OPEX and CAPEX (involving builders and MEP works).
- To assist in managing project procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis (Price Comparison), selection, management approval paper and contract preparation are performed effectively
- To assist in preparation of tender documentation and administration.
- Perform cost benchmarking, life cycle costing and/or total cost of ownership computation.
- Responsible for contract documentation and administration (including to obtain Performance Bonds, Bankers Guarantees and any other forms of insurances).
