Job Description
The person is responsible for the operational execution of procurement activities, transportation logistics and the day-to-day management of suppliers, in line with the directions, priorities and frameworks established by management. Acts as a point of contact between production, suppliers and internal stakeholders and actively contributes to the stability and fluidity of operations.
Procurement and Logistics
Plan supplies according to production schedule, priorities and inventory.Issue orders and follow up on confirmations and deadlines, then ensure reminders.Coordinate transportation logistics, including documentation and incident resolution.Monitor the inventory, and trigger actions to avoid shortages and surpluses.Escalate critical procurement and logistics issues to relevant stakeholders.Supplier management
