- Source, assess, and onboard dependable suppliers for the sweets and confectionery sector
- Establish and nurture strong supplier partnerships to support long-term cooperation
- Work closely with production and planning teams to anticipate and plan raw material requirements
- Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery of materials
- Support budgeting activities and conduct cost analysis for raw material procurement
- Ensure all purchased materials comply with defined specifications and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchasing activities, pricing, and inventory levels
- Assist new product development initiatives by sourcing appropriate raw materials
- Food Safety: Implement and monitor hygiene, allergen control, traceability records, temperature checks, and CCPs
- Conduct monthly internal audits and oversee corrective actions Job Requirement
