Job Description
Job Purpose - To be an integral part of the procurement department to support with the day-to-day activities of the plant operations
- Support the team with all Prequalification related activities along with vendor registration
- Support the team with all Contractor Safety management topics and activities (CSM)
Job Responsibilities Health and Safety - Sets personal examples and acts as role model to ensure a solid Health & Safety culture and implementation of Group standards and policies.
- Create Health & Safety awareness by promoting safety meetings and talks, and by encouraging Health & Safety initiatives.
- Leads by example and ensures a safe working environment for his/her subordinates
- Required to submit Near miss & VPC reports in iCare
- Ensure the use of personal protective equipment on/off site and following standard operating procedure for all relevant operations
