Job Description
Main Duties
Supervise the procurement officers to supply aircraft materials/parts for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance Provide the needed direction and oversight to the procurement team members to replenish, control, and maintain the stock levels to support the different business unitsSupervise the procurement of tooling and ground support equipment, and the coordination of their maintenance requirements with approved suppliersExpand the supplier’s network and monitor the supplier’s performanceReview freight rates for air, courier, and land transport and seek means to reduce these costsSupervise the liaison process between the procurement team members and the materials coordination teamSupervise Commercial Purchasing activities and initiativesSupervise the liaison process between the procurement team members and the warehouse to ensure timely receipt of ...
