About the role

The Producer Licensing Specialist is responsible for processing and maintaining producer licenses and appointmentsin compliance with country, state and local insurance regulations across the global licensing team. This role serves as a subject matter expert on licensing requirements and ensures all producer credentials remain current and compliant across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process producer license applications, renewals, and terminations in accordance with state regulatory requirements.

+ Submit and track producer appointments with insurance carriers across multiple states, including following up with brokers for missing information.

+ Work closely with Underwriting and Operations teams to ensure licensing matters are addressed in a timely manner.
