Qualifications – Must Have

• 2+ years production experience or 1 launched title/app/product
• Experience with project management and roadmapping software (e.g., Smartsheets, MS Project, JIRA Plans)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in English & Spanish
• Creation of project plans & feature schedules
• Manage team status & facilitate communication
• Identify & mitigate risks
• Maintain workflows & update documentation

Qualifications – Good to Have

• Atlassian app expertise (Jira/Confluence)
• Unreal Engine & UGS knowledge
• Source control experience (Git, P4)
• Understanding of video game industry standards
