This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Product & Admin Support Executive. The Product & Admin Support Executive will be responsible for customer-facing support with internal administrative responsibilities, acting as a vital link between our customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key link between customers, manufacturers, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, office-related activities and relevant documentation.
- Oversee all corporate record-keeping (physical and electronic), establishing and maintaining a secure, compliant, and easy-to-retrieve archive of all essential documents.
