What You'll Own
✅ Build and ship AI-powered clinical and enterprise workflows end-to-end ✅ Design and prototype agentic AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, orchestration) ✅ Author technical specs, PRDs, and API contracts ✅ Translate ambiguous healthcare problems into production-grade AI features ✅ Work daily with engineering and design as a true triad - not just a requirements writer
What We're Looking For
10+ years across software engineering, product management, and AI
Full-stack engineering capability - you write production-quality code
Hands-on Gen AI and Agentic AI experience (LLMs, RAG, agents, inference)
Proven track record of shipping AI products from 0→1
