Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end business strategy for Cash Loan’s transformational roadmap, focusing on sustainable profitability and market expansion.
• Identify and execute high-impact upsell, cross-sell & business optimization opportunities within the Lending/GCash ecosystem to increase the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) of the Cash Loans portfolio.
• Act as the business lead for transformational builds, ensuring these new features align with user needs and business targets.
• Lead the design and rollout of specialized lending pilots (e.g., Farmer/Fisher, Women, and OFW loans), managing the lifecycle from discovery to full-scale commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
