• Overall responsible for the Product Management Team (PMT) day-to-day operations to manage a team of Product Management Executives.
• Support the company Heads of Departments to furnish monthly KPI reports.
• Responsible for new product creation and supplier master data management.
• Operational responsibility for the process of retailclearanceprograms, product removal, and other retail operations support
• Operations control tower for Product Quality management, product supplier changes, and coordination of actions
• Coordinate the annual stock take process across all sites
• Manage store replenishment of store inventory including identifying slow moving inventory and taking actions
• Housekeeping of POS system to ensure product details are updated in a timely manner.
