Product Data Specialist coordinates the maintenance and quality of product and supplier master data within the ERP system. Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance while executing core master data processes. Drives continuous improvement of data quality and master data governance.
Key responsibilities
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product and supplier master data in the ERP system in line with defined business rulesCreate, maintain, and update article and supplier master data in accordance with established company standardsMaintain and validate product-related information, ensuring compliance with OEM requirementsTrack and process Supplier Cost Notices, including logging updates and securing necessary approvalsProvide support to internal and external stakeholders through ad-hoc requests and ongoing master data management activities
