Agents equipped with mobile devices (such as iPads) can serve the travelers wherever they are in the airport, reducing the need to use physical desks. Initially designed for iPad (Apple) users only, we have just started an exciting transformation to support more devices and platforms (e.g., Android) and increase adoption among our airline customers.
