What will you be doing?
Partner as an equal member of the product trio (Product Manager, Product Designer, Tech Lead), sharing accountability for the outcomes your team commits to.Lead continuous product discovery alongside your PM. Tackling the four big product risks (value, usability, feasibility, and business viability) before we commit to building.Own and elevate the end-to-end user experience across System1’s product suite (Ad, Brand and Innovation) so it becomes the most loved experience in our category.Use AI-powered design tools (Claude Design, Figma AI and equivalents) to compress discovery and delivery cycles, turning ideas into testable prototypes in days, not weeks.Run frequent prototype-based experiments with real customers to test value and usability before code is written.Build, evolve and maintain our design system so every product feels coherent, fast to ship against, and unmis...
