You'll own the vision and execution of local AI products, from roadmap to release. Half your time goes into code, the other half into alignment: defining what to build, why it matters, and how to ship it well. You'll lead a pod of engineers across the stack, ensuring that the power of on-device AI translates into products people actually want to use. This role is for builders who care deeply about the end result: making local, private, and powerful AI accessible through thoughtfully designed products.

• Aligning stakeholders on the product roadmap by building mockups and writing product requirements documents (PRD)
• Contributing to the product's codebase (at least 50% of your time should be spent coding)
