The Product Engineer is part of MTC Solutions’ Product Application Engineering team, the group responsible for transforming product data and research findings into design tools that enable engineers and designers to specify and apply our hardware confidently. In this role, you’ll translate engineering test data and research outcomes into clear, practical, and user‑friendly documentation, including design guides, white papers, catalogs, spreadsheets, and digital tools. You’ll work at the intersection of technical precision and communication clarity, helping engineers across North America design better timber connections with MTC hardware.
