The Product Engineer (Growth) is responsible for designing, building, and executing rapid experimentation cycles to drive measurable growth across Plastic Bank's digital products and platforms. This role focuses on shipping bi-weekly experiments, building MVPs, and contributing to technical architecture that supports acquisition, activation, and monetization goals.
